333cv Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333cv ("333cv", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 333cv website or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333cv platform. 333cv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 333cv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333cv applies a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market. Players between 18 and 20 years of age are not eligible to create an account or wager on this platform, regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum gambling age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may hold only one account on 333cv. Operating more than one account, whether personally or through another person on your behalf, is strictly prohibited. 333cv actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any duplicates discovered, voiding all balances and bonus funds associated with them.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 333cv, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

333cv reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333cv login credentials (mobile number and password). 333cv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or application. Do not use easily guessable information such as your date of birth or phone number as your password.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone purporting to act on behalf of 333cv. 333cv staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 333cv customer support immediately via live chat. Do not wait — the support team can lock your account while the matter is investigated.
• All activity that occurs under your 333cv account — including deposits, bets, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your responsibility. If you allow a third party to use your account, you remain fully responsible for all actions taken during that access.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

333cv accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved Bangladesh payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and player account level; current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the 333cv platform:

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you personally. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party to deposit into your 333cv account, is strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333cv does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency directly. Currency conversion is not offered by 333cv.
• 333cv does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking any applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a deposit.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 333cv account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements described below. 333cv aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual transfer times depend on your payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 333cv may request a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of your Bangladesh mobile number. KYC is a standard industry requirement designed to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. If you wish to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, you may request the cancellation of the active bonus — but doing so will forfeit the entire bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.
• 333cv reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by the anti-fraud system. These checks are in place to protect all players and the integrity of the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

333cv offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 333cv reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses where it detects coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and bonus fund transfers between accounts.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to a specific game or list of games as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• 333cv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already deposited to claim it, the deposit will not be reversed, but the player will retain any qualifying bonus already credited.
• Bonuses that have expired before their wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated from them. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

333cv is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If you feel that your gambling is no longer enjoyable, that you are spending more money than you can afford, or that gambling is negatively affecting your personal relationships or financial situation, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings or contact 333cv customer support immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 333cv account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration. These reminders help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing 333cv. Temporary self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months are available. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and cannot be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Account closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333cv platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. 333cv has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and is required to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method not registered in your own name. All payment methods used on 333cv must belong to the registered account holder.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions. This includes chip-dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, and any form of coordinated advantage play.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted automation to place bets, generate bonus turnover, or gain any unfair advantage on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you have been self-excluded or if your account has been suspended or closed by 333cv.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333cv platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 333cv or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the 333cv platform without the prior written consent of 333cv. Any unauthorised use of 333cv intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333cv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.

• 333cv does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 333cv reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the relevant player accounts. In no event will 333cv pay winnings that resulted from a technical error or a displayed price or payout that was clearly incorrect.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 333cv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

333cv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 333cv reasonably suspects or determines that the player has: violated any provision of these Terms; engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8; provided false or misleading registration information; or is subject to a court order, legal process, or other legal restriction that prevents 333cv from lawfully servicing the account.

Upon account closure by 333cv for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. 333cv will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally required to do so. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting customer support within 30 days of the closure notice.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

333cv collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 333cv account you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

333cv uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your financial transaction data is never stored in unencrypted form. 333cv will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 333cv, the player must first contact 333cv customer support to attempt an informal resolution. 333cv commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

333cv reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333cv will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, 333cv will also notify active players via the platform's messaging system or by email where an email address is associated with the account.

Your continued use of the 333cv platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. These Terms were last reviewed in 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
